Q: Why our camera can’t connect through the router wifi?

A: Due to our wifi cameras currently are 2.4G wifi , you need to check if your wifi router is 2.4G or 2.4G&5G dual bands,  if your router is 2.4G&5G dual bands, you need to select the 2.4G wifi to connect.
